I joined CrossFit Gallant last May, the month I turned 40. I had always been an endurance athlete and runner but had never lifted weights. Like most females, I always struggled with upper body strength. I was intimidated and nervous to try something so far out of my comfort zone. However, I couldn’t have been more wrong. The community and trainers are so supportive and encouraging. There is a modification for everything! The trainers will meet you at your fitness and comfort level and tailor any workout to fit your skills. If you are willing to commit and put in the work, you will absolutely see results and love it!

What will my first time in the gym be like?
Our coaches will meet you where you are at in your fitness journey and provide a simple easy approach to your first workout.

What is your drop-in policy?

20$ or purchase of a T-shirt

How often do you recommend going to the gym?

This varies from person to person but generally we find 3 days a week to be a minimum effective dose. 

I'm not in very good shape...can I do crossfit?

Yes! The CrossFit methodology can be scaled and applied to all fitness and capability levels. CrossFit is for everyBODY

Do you offer more then crossfit?

Yes we offer HIIT classes that provide a high intensity workout with simplified movements, as well as yoga, open gym, personal training.
